April Update

The first update to this tool came with some quality of life improvements, general bug fixes, and a few new features. 

TLDR

- new message animation options

- Full redesign of the options menu. Fixed an issue with the menu not fitting on smaller screens. 

-Added integrated TTS. trigger it with "!say" at the beginning of your message, or set your own trigger command. 

-Added pop-up timer creation tool. Need an on screen timer? make one in a few clicks and drag it anywhere. 

My view of this tool has evolved beyond just a chat overlay. I want to make a modular toolkit for the beginner streamer. Adding the free TTS and the pop-up timer are my first steps towards making this a more useful toolkit. Future updates will bring a simple chatbot option that can take custom commands and allow for question and answer type interactions. The next update will also feature the ability to make the chat overlay not stay as the topmost window. I recognize that most streamers do not want the chat actually being above their game on the main screen, So adding the ability to toggle that option off and simply overlay it with a window capture or game capture from OBS or other streaming software, will open up more possibilities.
